HOW LONG DOES FULFILLMENT TAKE?
All products are shipped out after fulfillment. We take about 2-7 business days to create and fulfill products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product (if we don't have it in stock). Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days.
Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
PLEASE NOTE: Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. See more about Shipping & Returns here.
IS SHIPPING AVAILABLE IN ALL COUNTRIES?
No, Taily Buzz isn't available in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
For now, we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
We're available to all other countries and ship internationally!
HOW CAN I KNOW FOR SURE WHICH SIZE FITS ME THE BEST?
If you are not sure which size you should get, all you need to do is click on the "SIZING CHART” page. When looking at a size chart, we advise you to compare the measurements of the product with the clothing pieces you already own, so you know for sure whether the product will fit you or not.
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.
HOW CAN I GET A COUPON CODE?
Most commonly, you get a coupon once you subscribe to our newsletter 一 you get 10% off your FIRST purchases. However, we suggest you follow TAILYBUZZ on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube 一 we like to surprise our followers with coupon codes from time to time, as well. Also, we share all the latest news about collections, restocks, and sales on FB, IG, and TW.
HOW CAN I USE A COUPON CODE?
Well, once you decide to buy a product (or products), add it/them to the bag. All you need to do is click on the “Bag” option, in the top right corner, and the list of the products you wish to buy will appear. Below this list, you’ll see a field “DISCOUNT CODE”. All you need to do is enter the code, and click the “APPLY” button. After that, click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button and continue purchasing the discounted products.
CAN I USE A COUPON CODE TO BUY PRODUCTS THAT ARE ON SALE?
Nope. The coupon only works for products that are not on sale.
I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT(S), BUT I HAVEN’T GOTTEN A CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET. WHAT’S GOING ON?
Nothing to worry about. In some, extremely rare, cases, you may not get a confirmation email. The reason is usually a technical issue (e.g., there are a lot of orders, so the server that sends the emails sends them with a bit of delay). Just to be sure, you can send us an email to email@example.com, and we’ll let you know whether your order has been received or not.
Before you send us an email, check Spam folder, perhaps the email winded up in there.
